Map of the Eastern section of the Sheep’s Head Way depicting the primary way marked trails:
The Eastern Trails section includes both linear and loop walks throughout the three valleys to the east of Bantry. Here the Sheep’s Head Way main route connects with the Beara Breifne Way and St Finbarr’s Way.
The walks are listed by area, Drimoleague, Mealagh Valley and Kealkil, so you can choose a route to suit your location.
Some of the trails are still under development and the website may not have full details updated. All the trails that are open to public access are well marked along the trail. Please follow any directions and notices on your route.
